CANCELLATION POLICY

I request a 24 hour notice for rescheduling & any cancellations. All policies are designed to benefit all guests & ensure I am in the position to provide the best quality service on time for my clients. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of Appointment Amount. No shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service fee. A card will have to be kept on file to be able to secure your spot on my books. Kindly note that I reserve your appointment specially for you. My income is fully dependent on you showing up for your appointment, please respect my time as much as I respect yours. I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.
